These pieces are crafted in the same factories and to the same specifications as retail. We work directly with those factories — cutting out the brand's retail markup, boutique overhead, and intermediary margins. What you pay for is the bag, not the boutique.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY? +

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unworn, and with all accompanying packaging and accessories. For full details, please review our Refund Policy prior to purchase.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER? +

Orders are processed within 12 hours of being placed and dispatched within 1–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the delivery option selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email.

ARE THE BAGS NEW OR PRE-OWNED? +

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, all handbags we offer are brand new and unused. Any variation in condition is clearly outlined in the product description to ensure full transparency before purchase.
